How It Works

1. Closet to Collections
Schedule a pickup or drop off — whichever works best for you. We’ll collect your items directly from your home or coordinate a drop off you at our New York location.

2. We Handle Everything
Our team manages the full resale process: photography, product descriptions, authentication, appraisal, and multi-platform listings. Your items will be featured not only on our website, but also across top resale marketplaces such as Poshmark, DePop, Vestiaire Collective, and The RealReal — ensuring maximum visibility and competitive pricing.

3. Earn With Ease
Payouts are made on the 15th of every month. With our VIP Membership, you can earn up to 70% cash back on net sales. (See our Member Plans page for the full commission breakdown.)

More About the Process

Our resale marketplace is built to shop, sell, and give back. Every item we consign helps extend the fashion lifecycle, while unsold pieces may be responsibly recycled or donated to local clothing organizations.

Please note: We ask that items be clean before consignment. If you don’t have time, we can provide cleaning for an additional fee.

We do not accept:

  • Stained or damaged items
  • Professional attire styles
  • Outdated or low demand pieces
  • Select fast fashion brands (such as Princess Polly, Rumored, Shein, Pretty Little Thing, Lulus, Amazon)
  • Unfamiliar labels without resale value
  • Altered items
